Holmes originally faced 12 counts of fraud and conspiracy. He testified that he brought his concerns directly to Holmes at the time. Rosendorff could not be reached for comment and declined to comment to the Journal. The court has not yet responded to Holmes' request. A sentencing hearing for Holmes is set for Oct. 17. She faces up to 80 years in prison.

The company acknowledged that supply chain difficulties led to delays in rolling out its 5G internet. Dish will still primarily run on AT&T’s internet but will be supplemented by T-Mobile’s internet.
The prediction was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise ugly report. It’s unclear which cities will get the service first and will be active by the deadline. The company reported 99 cents earnings per share in the same quarter last year. Shares of Dish fell 19% to $22.17.

The launch of the Boost Infinite sign-up page was first reported byBloomberg. In June the company alsoreached a new agreement with T-Mobileto continue using its data pipe. It remains unclear what Dish will charge for service on its Boost Infinite plans.
The news comes as Dish was facing a June 14 deadline by the Federal Communications Commission. Dish offers access to its internet in a few ways. It owns a number of wireless brands including prepaid option Boost Mobile as well as itspostpaid sibling Boost Infinite. Dish says in its press release that more devices with proper internet support are also coming this year.
Dish said its investigation is ongoing and could reveal that “extracted data includes personal information.” If so, the company said, Dish will notify impacted customers. Locating local internet providers Dish didn’t immediately respond to a request for additional comment.
This would put Dish in line to finish its internet build in Las Vegas by the end of September. Dish finished the second quarter with 8.9 million wireless users. The company owns a number of smaller wireless carriers including Boost Mobile, Republic Wireless and Ting Mobile.
“It may adjust based on the traction we get. For the beta, Boost Infinite users will be using either T-Mobile or AT&T’s respective networks. Stokols says that family plans are “on the roadmap.” As for launching a new brand amid growing economic concerns, the Dish executive sees it as an opportunity. The company is throwing in price guarantees to help allay concerns that prices will go up.
