T-Mobileis upping the perks for its top unlimited plan. On Wednesday, the carrier revealed that it’s addingHulu(with ads) to itspriciest Go5G Next plan. CNET reached out to T-Mobile for additional details and will update if they respond. The addition of Hulu marks the latest blending of streaming services with wireless service.

T-Mobile has suffered another customer data breach, as reported earlier Monday byBleeping Computer. Financial account information and call records were not breached. The carrier will continue investigating the breach to “expand the safeguards,” it said. There were also a couple of breaches inDecember 2021andNovember 2022.

These users also need to be new lines to T-Mobile.

T-Mobileexecutive vice president and chief financial officer Peter Osvaldik reportedlyisn’t pleased with Samsungfor its mobile supply shortages. “A lot of our customer base are also very significant Samsung lovers.” He lamented that the company’s S Seriessmartphonesare in “very short supply.” T-Mobile declined to comment. Samsung didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

This is on top of T-Mobile ending auto pay discounts for credit cardsearlier this year. Debit cards will also still be eligible for the discount. T-Mobile’s5G home internet serviceis available to more than 40 million households in the US. The offer has yet to be officially announced, though T-Mobile did confirm with CNET that it’s legitimate. (Earlier this year, the companyoffered $50 credits, equal to one month’s service.)

The carrier added a total of 1.3 million postpaid users to its data pipe during the period. During the same quarter,AT&T added 928,000postpaid phone customers while Verizon added 429,000 postpaid phone users. All told, the carrier touts that it now has nearly 107 million customers. It touts that the average download speeds on its midband connection is now at 400Mbps. As for the financials, T-Mobile reported revenues of $19.6 billion with a diluted earnings-per-share of 55 cents....
