AT&T is moving closer to offloading satellite TV provider DirecTV,The Wall Street Journalreported Wednesday.
The price tag could be more than $15 billion, including debt.
AT&T declined to comment.
The telecommunications giant bought DirecTV in 2015 for about $66 billion, including debt.
