Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition Is the Next Wear OS 3 Smartwatch

The Gen 6 Wellness Edition gives a makeover to theFossil Gen 6 released last year.

The new version has an updated interface and redesigned navigation, as well as updated wellness metrics.

Wear OS 3combines Google’s existing smartwatch operating system with input from Samsung’s Tizen OS and Fitbit.

Former Fossil Gen 6 watches may start getting upgraded to Wear OS 3 as well, Droid Lifereported.

Fossil didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition is scheduled to be available starting Oct. 17 for $299.
