All of this comes as the FTC and DOJ have gotten tougher in antitrust enforcement of Big Tech companies.

In 2020, the FTC sued Facebook, alleging that the social media company has violated antitrust law.

Earlier this month, a judgerejected Facebook’s request to dismiss that lawsuit.
