The situation isn’t Amazon’s only union battle.
A redo election is scheduled for early February.
The ALU didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
“We just hope that Amazon is held accountable,” ALU leader Chris Smalls told Bloomberg.
In Alabama, the repeat union election will proceed with mail-in ballots.
“I don’t understand why it’s still out there.”
The election will proceed while the review is pending, the union said.
