The flights are being suspended “until further notice,” Emirates said Tuesday.
Emirates flights into JFK, LAX and Washington DC will continue as normal.
ANA also canceled flights to the US that could not be switched to a Boeing 787.
Verizon made a similar statement Tuesday.
“Even with these approvals, flights at some airports may still be affected,” the FAA added.
