Meta delays return to office again amid COVID spike

Facebook parent company Meta has delayed its return to office requirements yet again amid rising cases ofCOVID-19.

The decision comes as theomicron variantcauses a surge in cases.

Facebook lastdelayed its returnto offices in August, setting January 2022 as the target date.

It had previouslydelayed the return to May 2021.

Other tech companies likeMicrosoft,AmazonandGooglehave likewise made similar delays.

Apple has indefinitely delayedits return to office.
