Microsoft Is Testing an AI Chatbot for Xbox. Here's What It Could Do

Microsoft has been adding artificial intelligence to nearly all its products, fromBing search to PowerPoint.

Now it’s testing AI for customer support on itsXbox.

The chatbot could also process refunds for games, according to an earlierreportby The Verge.

Microsoft has hinted at these types of products before, though.
