Ford on Tuesday issued a recall for 48,924Mustang Mach-Eelectric vehicles due to a possible battery malfunction.
In 2021,Ford recalled more than 17,000 Mach-E vehiclesdue to potentially improperly attached windshields.
The recall affects roughly half of the vehicles produced during that time.
