It’s not necessarily bad news for Croft fans.
Square Enix said in a statement that the sale works to two ends.
Blockchain-powered gaming is already a huge moneymaker, just not from traditional gaming companies.
Traditional gaming audiences reject the idea, however.
The deal will close between July and September, according to Square Enix.
