Starz to Raise Its Subscription Price by $1 Next Week

It’s about to cost a bit more to streamStarz.

Starting June 26, a subscription to thestreaming servicewill go from $9 per month to $10.

It’ll be the first price increase for the standalone service since it launched in 2016.

Disney Plus is also expected toraise the priceof its ad-free offering by the end of the year.

(Max replaced HBO Maxlast month, and its ad-free streaming subscription is still $16 per month.)

Starz currentlyoffers a promotionwhere you’re free to get three monthsfor $15.
