Twitter has confirmed it’s beenworking on a long-awaited edit featuresince last year.

The news followsnew Twitter board memberand stockholderElon Musk asking users in a pollMonday whether they want an edit button.

A Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Monday revealed thatMusk has taken a 9.2% stake in Twitter.

The announcement also comes just days afterTwitter joked about adding an edit button on April Fools' Day.
