Uber, Lyft and Others Offer Discounts for Election-Day Rides

Uber and Lyft are both offering 50% discounts on rides Tuesday.

For Uber, a “Go vote!”

option will be available in the app at half price for up to $10.

In addition, Uber says it will offer 25% discounts nationwide as people go to election watch parties.

This code also works for scooters and bikes from Lyft and for vehicle rideshares.

And insome citiesacrossthe country, public transportation services are offering free bus or light rail rides to the polls.
