Motorola’s Edge Plusphone will be available onVerizonas of March 24, the carrier said on Monday. Other carriers that’ll offer the phone include Boost Mobile and Republic Wireless, Motorola said. It also features a 60-megapixel front camera. The equipment runs on Qualcomm’s newest mobile processor, theSnapdragon 8 Gen 1. Verizon is hiking the price of its shared data plans by $6 per month for single lines. The increase is the carrier’s most aggressive push yet to get people to switch to its unlimited plans. Verizon’s 5G connection is getting a notable speed boost. As for devices, a software update is needed to be able to enter the improved, faster connection. CNET has reached out to both AT&T and T-Mobile for comment and will update if they respond.
